Q: Is there a minimum stay?
A: 1 night stays are available Sunday-Thursday and when there's a gap between 2 existing bookings over a weekend.
Q: Are you limited to days you are able to check-in?
A: No, You can check-in any day you like!
Q: What is the check-in procedure?
A: Head straight to reception.
Q: Are you dog friendly?
A: Yes! Outbuildings is a dog-friendly property. We welcome up to 2 well-socialized, well-trained dogs per reservation. A pet-fee of £25 per stay will be applied to your bill. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised out of a crate in guest rooms or cabins for any amount of time. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting other guests, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
Q: Is Outbuildings suitable for babies/families?
A: The Pressing Room & The Cider Room are the cottages that are baby friendly.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: • Up to 14 days before booking will receive a FULL refund.
• Less than 14 days before booking will receive a 50% refund.
