Cancellation Policy​

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your booking in any way please let us know as soon as possible.

Room Cancellations, all guests should refer to the cancellation policy stated on their confirmation. The below is just a guide and is superseded by the cancellation policy on your confirmation.

• Room Rates - These rates may be amended or cancelled until 4pm 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Within 7 days no refund will be given under any circumstances.

• Non-Refundable Rates - These rates will not be refunded under any circumstance.

• Packages - These rates may be amended or cancelled up to 4pm 14 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Within 14 days no refund will be given under any circumstances.

• Group bookings - these will be agreed as part of your agreed proposal.

• All refunds are at management discretion.​

• Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for full refund.​

• Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a 50% refund + still provided with all associated food and drink.
